Job Title: Senior Assistant Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities

The role of a Senior Assistant Contracts Manager is to assist the Senior Contracts Manager or Senior Manager in Tender/Contract review. This includes assisting in contract administration, preparing progress claims, and liaising with the Client's representative.

  • To assist in reviewing tender sums and advising on contractual matters.
  • To prepare progress claims and payments certificates and obtain approval from various approving parties.
  • To compile subcontractor quotations and submit them to Senior Contacts Manager or Senior Manager for review and approval.
  • To maintain the Quality System in the Contracts Department.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with 5 years' relevant working experience.

  • Preferably have experience in construction/roadworks LTA Projects.
