With our focus on cutting-edge projects and a diverse work environment, we offer a platform where you can shape your career and elevate your professional journey through this vacancy: JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Regional Commissioning Manager responsible for working alongside a commissioning team(s) at site and managing the project progression supporting the delivery teams while working closely with our Clients to ensure that expectations, works, procedures, and deadlines are met across APAC. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support the preparation of project proposals, including financial, logistics, and technical aspects. Be involved with client meetings and address issues that develop on a project to ensure a correct approach and deliver the best outcome for the business. Handle quantity survey-related activities, involving resource planning, in-process inspection, and coordination with internal departments and external project stakeholders. Manage quality assurance processes and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Be familiar with all Government-related department (i.e., Construction Bureaux, Quality Bureaux) requirements for Consultancy / Project Management, ensuring services comply with local codes, standards, and regulations. Oversee the commissioning process for all mechanical systems, ensuring they are installed and operating according to design intent. Develop and implement commissioning plans, checklists, and performance testing procedures. Manage the compilation of technical reports and submission of status reports, including progress updates. Provide technical advice in testing and commissioning aspects, assisting and coaching delivery team members. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Knowledge Degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Project. Experience 10 years of relevant experience in testing and commissioning, with at least 5 years at a managerial level (less experience will also be considered). Working experience in APAC is an advantage. Holder of MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage. Experience with a good understanding of the testing and commissioning process; system design, installation, testing, commissioning, and project management in MEP aspects. Experience in project coordination or management in Asia Pacific will be an advantage. Competencies Able to establish strategic direction. Able to be entrepreneurial. Able to be business savvy.
