Retail Operations Specialist Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring seamless execution of sales targets and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily retail operations, including product sales, customer interactions, product display, stock management, and administrative record-keeping.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets as set by the company.
  • Product Sales: Execute daily retail sales activities, introduce new products to customers, and provide basic health advice.
  • Customer Outreach: Utilize in-store sales, phone calls, and online marketing to reach and maintain both new and existing customers.
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement customer management systems, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Additional Duties:

a. Recommend suitable wellness products
b. Assist new colleagues in enhancing their sales and customer service skills;
c. Contribute to identifying new market channels, planning sales campaigns, increasing sales revenue, and improving customer retention.
