Join to apply for the Senior Customer Care Specialist role at Brenntag The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for order management through to fulfillment and responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face in a swift manner. They will be the contact point for internal and external customers, coordinating and collaborating on all customer orders promptly and efficiently. Ensure all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties, coordinate with Logistics/3rd parties to ensure seamless deliveries, and ensure customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback are handled promptly and appropriately to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities and Duties Focus on order processing and fulfillment through delivery in a prompt and accurate manner. Acknowledge customers’ emails on queries, feedback, or order placement within one working day. Follow up with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and determine future requirements. Investigate and resolve customer complaints/feedback, escalating appropriately to Senior staff and working with Regulatory & QSHE as needed. Ensure the availability of certificate of analysis/compliance and apply inspection status as required. Prepare, generate, and disseminate customer reports in a timely and accurate manner. Collect and maintain sales data and a database of customer contacts. Maintain a good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access to work documents when needed. Adhere to management systems and comply with standard operating procedures. Participate in continuous process improvement projects as needed. Comply with safety rules as stated in the WSH Risk Assessment and operate safely. Use personal protective equipment as required to ensure safety at the workplace. Support environmental responsibilities by preventing pollution and promoting sustainable practices as identified in policy statements. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge And Skills Requirement Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma level. At least 2 years of relevant experience for a senior position. Professional, effective communication skills, attentive listening, and strong teamwork. Well-mannered, empathetic, approachable, and disciplined in nature. Calm and patient when dealing with customers in complex situations. Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Adherence to company policies and procedures at all times. Represent the company professionally at all times. Maintain confidentiality of company information.
