The Opportunity We are inviting a Senior Chemistry Tutor to join our dynamic team. This is a role for an educator who has: Several years of experience teaching in tuition centres or private settings Deep familiarity with the O-Level and IP Chemistry syllabus A passion for inspiring students and helping them build mastery and confidence A willingness to teach and improve on My Masterclass' structured curriculum and materials This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, results-oriented tutor seeking career growth within a premium brand that values quality teaching, innovation, and teamwork. Responsibilities In Your First 1–2 Years: Conduct engaging and effective lessons aligned to our IP and O-Level Chemistry syllabus Guide students using our proven in-house materials and pedagogical framework Provide timely feedback and academic progress updates to students and parents Maintain excellent classroom management and rapport with students As You Grow With Us (Years 3–6): Contribute to developing new lesson materials and digital resources Mentor and train junior tutors Participate in marketing, community outreach, and content initiatives Take on leadership opportunities — including managing your own branch under My Masterclass What We Offer Attractive remuneration commensurate with experience and performance A supportive and collaborative team culture that values professional integrity Structured growth pathways beyond classroom teaching Opportunities to be part of curriculum development, training, and centre leadership Who We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience teaching Chemistry (IP/O Level) in tuition or private settings Five working days with both weekends commitment Excellent subject mastery and ability to explain complex concepts clearly Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine care for student success Aligned with My Masterclass' teaching philosophy and standards of excellence Application If you're passionate about teaching and ready to grow with a brand that values quality, trust, and professionalism , we'd love to hear from you.
