Roles & Responsibilities Front Desk & Family Liaison Officer (Paediatric Therapy Clinic) About the role Be the welcoming face of Little Marvels Therapy . You’ll support families, therapists, and daily clinic operations-ensuring a smooth experience from the first phone call to each therapy session-while keeping an organised, friendly front desk. You’ll also be assisted by AI tools (for enquiries and scheduling) so you can focus on people, not paperwork.
