Lead a team of Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO) to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements. Collaborate with Project Management Team, QP(S), QP(D), Client, Contractors, and local Authorities to ensure successful and timely project completion. Coordinate with Contract Administrative Team to resolve contractual issues. Chair regular site progress meetings to address site issues. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor or Master) recognized by BCA/IES/ACES. At least 10 years of relevant project management experience in infrastructure, reclamation, or marine projects. Membership with the Society of Project Management (Singapore) or PMP certification by PMI, APM, or equivalent. Experience in infrastructure planning; reclamation experience is a plus. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated, resourceful, and deadline-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
