Position: ACMV Engineer Salary: $3,600 – $4,200Working Location: Novena Sector: Healthcare Job Description Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, MV, Cooling Towers, Autotube, etc. Ensure all works are performed safely and in accordance with safety work procedures. Ensure all systems comply with statutory regulations and standards. Provide technical support and guidance to Technical Officers and Technicians on ACMV system activities. Review, update, and maintain ACMV system drawings and related documentation. Lead and manage a team of Technical Officers and Technicians to attend to breakdown calls promptly. Investigate faults, determine root causes, and prepare incident reports. Conduct engineering analysis for underperforming equipment. Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner. Review performance of Technical Officers and Technicians, providing feedback and guidance. Develop work schedules and duty rosters for the team. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs in accordance with company standards and statutory requirements. Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems to ensure serviceability. Review service reports and elevate issues when necessary. Assist in developing, maintaining, and testing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP). Participate in client site walkabouts as required. Lead technical investigations and troubleshooting for rectification works. Provide on-the-job training to Technical Officers and Technicians. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time. Job Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively to achieve results. Independent, with strong understanding of critical workflow and minimal supervision required. Able to work 5.5 days per week (staggered rest days due to operational requirements). Willing to be based on-site at the client's premises in a healthcare environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
