Job Title: Entry Level Hospitality Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an entry-level hospitality trainee. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a fast-paced hotel environment, working closely with experienced professionals.

This is an excellent chance for those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. As a trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Address customer needs, handle complaints, and respond to feedback and inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports related to restaurant operations.
  • Uphold service standards and ensure all operating procedures are followed consistently during business hours.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling simultaneous orders and transitioning between different events.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure proper banquet setup and maintain cleanliness of function rooms.
  • Assist in training, guiding, and mentoring new team members.
  • Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Hospitality/ Management or any equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in hotel/ F&B industry will be a plus.
  • Entry level candidates welcomed, with training provided.
