PA to Executive Director / Office Management & Admin Executive
The Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC) is part of a network of 140 offices of the German bilateral Chambers of Industry and Commerce abroad in 92 countries. The SGC has managed to sustain its continuous growth with developing services to its members and clients.
We are currently looking for a PA / Office Management & Admin Executive. The position is full-time and is available immediately.
In our Central Tasks Team, the PA to the Executive Director will also act as Executive for Office Management & Admin.
Job scope:
PA to Executive Director: secretarial support, arranging schedules, meetings, business trips, follow-up, expense claims
Support for HR and Finance Department: Annual leave accounting, travel and expense claims, onboarding / offboarding
Supervise reception desk duties
Contracts management / filing
Compile quarterly activity reports
Plan and arrange Board and Advisory Council Meetings
General office administration
Office inventory
Support for special projects
Other tasks as delegated by the Executive Director
Your profile:
Experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role
An excellent team player
Well organised and disciplined approach to work
Able to multi-task and manage numerous deliverables effectively
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
