Customer Success Manager Location: Singapore (Hybrid / Remote options if applicable)Employment Type: Full-time Department: Customer Success / Client Services About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer‐focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The CSM will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their goals and help them maximise the value of our solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Build long‐term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision‐makers. Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, product usage, and improvement opportunities. 2. Onboarding & Product Adoption Lead onboarding sessions to ensure smooth product implementation and customer readiness. Provide training, best practices, and guidance to increase product adoption and engagement. Develop onboarding plans tailored to customer needs and business goals. 3. Customer Retention & Growth Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities. Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and support. Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities. 4. Issue Resolution & Escalation Management Work closely with Support, Product, and Technical teams to resolve customer issues. Manage escalations effectively and communicate updates clearly to customers. Ensure customer feedback is documented and shared with the product team. 5. Customer Insights & Reporting Analyse customer usage patterns to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare customer success reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Provide insights to enhance product development and customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success,
