Job Description
As a valued member of our dynamic team, you will be the face of Waffle Up. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless outlet operations.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and serving customers with a smile, preparing and assembling waffle orders (training will be provided), maintaining the cleanliness of the outlet, operating the POS system and handling payments, supporting daily opening and closing duties, and other job tasks related to outlet operation assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience with Halal F&B operations is an added advantage
- Candidates with a valid WSQ Food Safety Certification are preferred (training support is available for the right candidate)
- Students and part-timers are welcome
- Minimum commitment of at least 6 months
