Overview Set up, install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware, software, LAN, and network systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, standard software, and in-house applications. Install, configure, and maintain network services for clients. Administer and maintain the company’s Local Area Network (LAN), Fortigate firewall, and Microsoft 365 admin centre. Participate actively in IT-related projects and system improvement initiatives. Undertake any other IT duties as assigned by the superior. Requirements Hands-on experience in IT support for desktop/laptop hardware, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches. Strong technical knowledge in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre . Experience with VMware servers and SAN will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and ability to adhere to internal IT policies and procedures. Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) , Computer Science , Information Technology , or related fields. Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience , including Windows Server OS (2016), Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
