Job Description We are seeking a talented and proactive Game Designer Trainee/Junior to join the team in doing rapid prototyping of hybridcasual games. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement rapid prototypes of mobile games to validate new concepts and gameplay mechanics. Collaborate with your teams of developers, designers and artists to iterate quickly on game prototypes. Read, analyze, and interpret advertising performance data (e.g., CPI, retention etc) to identify areas for improvement. Make timely adjustments to game prototypes based on data insights to optimize user acquisition and monetization. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to mobile game development and advertising. Job Requirements Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative mobile game ideas. Willing to work OTs and have strong passion to work in game company. Ability to analyze data quickly and translate insights into actionable development changes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
