Description Position Summary The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Group President provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth daily operations and communication. The role focuses on administrative coordination, scheduling, and communication, without direct responsibility for business or project management. Key Responsibilities Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics efficiently. Prepare meeting schedules, materials, and minutes, and follow up on general administrative matters. Handle document filing, correspondence, and translation (English/Chinese). Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and event arrangements. Assist in guest reception, hospitality, and protocol arrangements for visiting partners. Support communication between the President’s office and internal departments. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in investment, industrial, or trading sectors. Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. Mature, discreet, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
