Kitchen Crew Salary: $2400-$2700 (Depends on relevant experience) Working Days & Hours: 5.5 Days Workweeks 8.30am-9.30pm (with 2 hrs break) / 8.30am-3pm Location: Explanade With one year of relevant working experiences Experience in Japanese cuisine restaurant will be an advantage Job Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP in Kitchen Assist in preparing/cutting food ingredients/ cooking (before and during operations). Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of ingredients Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene. Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
