Responsibilities Respond professionally to incoming queries on mental health Assess clients’ needs and make appropriate arrangements and recommendations (e.g. fixing of appointment for emotional support)Provide clients with information on relevant intervention and support, and liaise with other agencies, as required Play an advocacy role for misconceptions in mental health (e.g. organizing events)Identify and elevate emergency and crisis situations to supervisor and assist in the coordination and conduct of crisis resolution Prepare, update and document all records and reports accurately, coherently, promptly and thoroughly according to organizational procedures to ensure compliance and ease of review and retrieval Complete assigned tasks and necessary reports on time Other administrative support or adhoc duties as required by the organization Work Model 3 Months' Probation Benefits 4 days' work week Dental and medical benefits Birthday leave Requirements Basic computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)Diploma in relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, counselling)Able to read & write emails and work independently Approachable and friendly Have the passion to serve in the mental health industry Patient Responsible #J-18808-Ljbffr
