Job Opportunity: Healthcare Liaison
Job Description:
The role of a Healthcare Liaison is critical in facilitating seamless communication and coordination between healthcare professionals and the nursing home. They act as a liaison, ensuring smooth interaction among service providers and the nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize monthly meetings with service providers and the management team to discuss operational matters and address any issues that may arise.
- Collate and verify accurate and timely documentation, such as doctor's log sheets, for submission.
- Handle queries from service providers and escalate concerns to the management team for resolution when necessary.
- Manage schedules for medical, dental, and dietitian services across all centers, updating information as needed and disseminating it to relevant parties.
- Provide administrative support to the nursing department, including coordinating meetings and assisting with quality assurance committee meetings.
- Assist in managing training nominations and registration processes for nursing training and development matters.
- Support the Director of Nursing in various administrative tasks as required.
