Work location: Jewel Changi Airport
Prioritize customers - Greet every customer, treat them as your guest, serve with a smile, take initiative to approach customer and build rapport with them;
Product knowledge - Understand the products so as to be able to introduce them to customers;
Ensure bread and cake displays are fully stocked at opening time, as well as throughout operating hours.
Barista duties - ensure coffee is calibrated and standards are maintained. Brew coffee/tea/milo dispensers if there are preorders.
Suggestive selling and recommend promotional items to every single guest
Food preparation such as heating up pastries, packing takeaway orders.
Maintain cleanliness & tidiness of the cafe - glass displays are wiped regularly, chairs are placed neatly, tables are cleared and wiped timely
Wash dishes
Sweep & mop floor
Any other duties as required by the Company
