Effectively communicate ideas and present work within agency.
Craft memorable, storytelling visuals to support new business pitch opportunities as needed.
Recommend new formats and tools to leverage in client projects.
Participate in day-to-day communication with key team members and partners to identify the right times to execute and the right times to delegate.
Concept and create beautifully designed content from briefs, insights, and strategy.
Champion the brand with consistency across visual design assets and help develop a unified design brand language as needed.
Requirements:
Understanding of motion graphic design/animation or editing.
Ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.
A portfolio of distinctive and exceptional print and digital work, including large campaigns.
Strong writing skills and the ability to construct presentations, with strong interpersonal skills.
Conceptual thinker that brings communication strategies to life in unique and meaningful way.
6-10 years of visual design and art director experience, ideally in a creative/content/social agency environment.
Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
Talent to inspire clients and team members with great visual design.
Prefer candidate with experience in mainstream advertising industry.
