THE ROLE: Short form Content Creator (for tiktok,IG,Shorts)
We want to create content people want to see, share, and engage with. Moving Fast and Creating Fast is essential. We need passionate content creators who wants to thrive in this space.
We're looking for creators who live and breathe TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms-those who instinctively understand trends, viral moments, and storytelling in bite-sized formats. Experience with long-form content is a plus, but your heart should be in the fast-moving world of short, thumb-stopping creativity. Understanding why videos and creators go viral or gain traction and applying it is essential.
Who You Are:
Passionate about education, learning, and student experiences , knowing that school life is more than just classes-it's about community and growth.
Obsessed with edutok, brandtok, and educational content trends , understands how to connect with students from different countries, and local market.
Knows what prospective learners want to see-whether it's inspiring success stories, campus life, or learning tips.
Confident in front of the camera and able to represent the school in a relatable, authentic way.
Able to work independently while also collaborating with the marketing and strategy team to develop ideas.
Active creator and consumer of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content.
Skilled in motion design and video editing-able to make content engaging within the first few seconds.
Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut Pro, TikTok native tools, and Instagram editing features would be beneficial for your role here.
Adaptable and thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced, and trend-driven environment.
Data-driven-uses performance insights to improve and refine content.
What You'll Do:
Create high-quality, engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
Edit and adapt branded content into multiple formats optimized for different audiences
Jump on trends fast-transform trending moments into brand-relevant, viral-worthy content
Work with diverse media assets-video, photography, GIFs, stories, captions, and interactive elements
Brainstorm and collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to bring innovative content ideas to life
Move quickly-capture trends, iterate based on performance, and refine content on the fly
Data Nerd-geek out at dashboards and data visualizations for insights on why certain videos are doing better
Work with Influencers-potentially seek out collaboration with pet influencers on content creation
