Research Position: Enhancing Human-AI Collaboration
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Associate to join our team in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that aim to improve human-AI collaboration.
About the Role
This position is part of our ongoing research efforts to develop LLM-powered agents capable of understanding user intent, adapting to context, and executing repetitive tasks without requiring traditional programming knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science or a related field, with experience in building interactive systems and machine learning frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement dialogue-driven programming systems that enable seamless human-AI interaction
- Conduct experiments with real users to evaluate the usability, reliability, and effectiveness of these systems
- Analyze user interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance the state-of-the-art in AI and human-AI collaboration
Requirements
- Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience building LLM-based programming systems and interactive online systems
- Strong programming skills and experience with machine learning frameworks
- Publication record is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
