Job Scope:
- Greet clients & manage appointments (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online bookings)
- Handle front desk duties, payments & daily sales reporting
- Keep reception & waiting area clean and welcoming
Requirement:
- At least1 year of customer service/receptionist experience (beauty/wellness preferred)
- Confident with booking platforms & POS systems
- Friendly, well-groomed & customer-oriented
- Able to work weekend
