Job Title: Google Workspace (GWS) Trainer – Microsoft to Google Transition Location: Singapore, Hong Kong, China (onsite travel required)Language Requirements: English and Mandarin (mandatory), Cantonese (preferred)Employment Type: Contract / Freelance Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace (GWS) Trainer to develop and deliver a 1-day training program designed to help corporate staff transition from Microsoft Office tools to Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar, Gmail). The trainer will be responsible for preparing all training materials, conducting sessions in multiple regions, and assessing learner competency. Key Responsibilities Develop a 1-day training program covering the transition from Microsoft tools to Google Workspace. Prepare training materials, including: Soft copy of training notes with supporting data files Comparison notes between Microsoft tools and Google Workspace Design and administer pre-course assessments to group learners according to their GWS experience level. Conduct post-course assessments to verify learner competency. Deliver training sessions onsite in Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. Ensure content is suitable for learners with varying levels of experience, from beginners to advanced users. Maintain high engagement and learning outcomes using interactive, practical, and hands-on teaching methods. Requirements Google Certified Trainer for Google Workspace Proven experience in corporate training, ideally in Microsoft-to-Google Workspace transition projects Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus Ability to travel to multiple locations for onsite training Experience in developing training content, exercises, and assessments Strong organizational skills to manage training logistics and materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
