The role involves analyzing requirements, developing and testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes while ensuring seamless integration with external systems. It also includes collaborating with IT teams in ANZ and SEA, supporting the Service Desk with troubleshooting, and working with the IT Manager to achieve departmental and company objectives. Description Provide analysis, prepare functional and technical specifications, and perform coding and unit testing for new developments, enhancements, and bug fixes. Develop solutions that integrate smoothly with external systems. Collaborate with IT users across ANZ and SEA to ensure accuracy during the requirements analysis and project definition phases. Partner with the IT Manager to regularly review and achieve personal, departmental, and company objectives. Deliver Level 1-3 support for the Service Desk (ANZ & SEA), including code analysis and troubleshooting of reported ERP system issues. Profile Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Information Systems. Strong understanding of coding best practices. Proven ability to develop innovative ideas and execute them effectively in a collaborative, distributed environment. Demonstrated experience in designing efficient business solutions. Technical expertise in RPG, RPGLE, CL, and SQL development. Knowledge of using IO programs for file access and employing copybooks for common RPG functions. In-depth understanding of the IBM i platform and operating system. Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365tools and functionalities. Strong analytical and project management skills.
