You will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated solutions for the Advisor Platform, which supports insurance distributors in two key areas: Point of Sales: enabling the sale of insurance products Sales CRM: managing distributor relationships and sales pipelines This role ensures that the platform aligns with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives, while supporting strategic initiatives across customer and distributor channels. Design end-to-end solution architecture for the Advisor Platform, covering both Point of Sales and Sales CRM capabilities. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures. Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps for the platform. Collaborate with business, distribution, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment with strategic goals. Evaluate and recommend platform tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pega CRM) based on business needs and technical fit. Lead solution design workshops and document architecture decisions. Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems including ERP, data lakes, and customer-facing applications. Provide architectural oversight during project delivery and ensure adherence to design principles. Identify and mitigate architectural risks and dependencies. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage technical relationships with solution providers and vendors. Guide development teams on implementation best practices and technical standards. Prepare solution documentation for governance and funding approvals. Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency. Collaborate with IT risk, security, infrastructure, legal, and finance teams. Design and implement secure integrations with AI models to support intelligent automation, personalization, and predictive analytics. We are looking for people who Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Have over 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years in designing and implementing enterprise solutions, preferably in insurance distribution platforms. Possess deep domain expertise in Insurance, with added advantage for experience in wealth solutions or platforms serving High Net Worth (HNW) clients. Have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pega CRM, or similar platforms. Are a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Have proven experience in enterprise security architecture, including secure data handling, identity management, and compliance. Understand AI trends and have experience in integrating AI models into enterprise platforms for personalization, automation, and decision support. Have experience in content management, DAM, social media management, and SEO optimization (preferred). Possess certifications such as TOGAF or familiarity with popular insurance models like Accord (preferred).
