**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Music Teacher to join our team at Aureus Group Pte. Ltd in Singapore.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate musician to guide students in their musical journey, develop their talents, and build confidence through quality music education.

You will receive training and support to teach our curriculum effectively, fostering a positive learning environment and helping students reach their musical goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging one-on-one lessons in piano, guitar, violin, or voice, making every class a fun and exciting journey for students of all ages.
  • Deliver structured lessons following the Aureus curriculum, ensuring students develop strong musical skills while fostering a lifelong love for music.
  • Use interactive teaching methods, personalized instruction, and creative exercises to keep students motivated and eager to learn.
  • Prepare students for performances and provide clear goals and guidance every step of the way.
  • Provide regular progress updates to parents through the Aureus App, ensuring they stay informed and engaged in their child's musical journey.
  • Organize student performances and showcase events that give students the confidence to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their achievements.
  • Represent Aureus at outreach events, roadshows, and other initiatives to promote the joy of music education and connect with new students.
  • Assess students' abilities, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones to keep them motivated and confident.
  • Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop their musical creativity.
  • Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest music education trends.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching while bringing your own unique personality into the classroom.

Hiring Criteria:**

  • A Master's, Bachelor's, or Diploma in Music (ATCL/DipABRSM) – we love passionate and well-trained musicians.
  • A bright, cheerful, and engaging personality who can inspire students and make lessons exciting.
  • Confidence in speaking and engaging with students, parents, and colleagues is a must.
