Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Tableau Developer who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Tableau dashboards, managing Tableau Server infrastructure, and supporting new infrastructure setup initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Tableau development, Python proficiency, and a growth mindset with the ability to explore and adopt new tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities Maintain existing Tableau dashboards and perform minor enhancements to meet evolving business requirements. Support Tableau Server setup , configuration, and installation of add-ons (e.g., Tableau Prep packages and extensions). Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture (EA)and technical forums to articulate new infrastructure setup proposals and obtain approvals. Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure optimal dashboard performance and data quality. Develop and automate data preparation or integration workflows using Python where applicable. Stay updated with Tableau and analytics best practices and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Demonstrate a growth mindset and openness to learning and adopting new tools and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in Tableau development (dashboards, calculations, parameters, actions). Good understanding of Tableau Server administration and environment setup. Experience installing and configuring Tableau add-ons or connectors (e.g., Tableau Prep). Proficiency in Python for data processing or automation tasks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). #J-18808-Ljbffr
