During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We look forward to meeting youJob description ABOUT THE JOB Lead the delivery of one or more smart mobility innovation projects, ensuring successful transformation from concept to implementation. Define and structure project parameters, including scope, timeline, budget, and expected returns, and secure necessary approvals. Oversee project execution, ensuring objectives are met and solutions are scaled at the regional level. Foster collaboration with Amaris R&D platforms and regional initiatives to maximize synergies. Engage with external partners—universities, public agencies, startups, and customers—to identify new opportunities and drive innovation. Generate and promote new ideas, continuously seeking opportunities for technological advancement. Champion innovation within the organization and the broader APAC ecosystem. ABOUT YOU Academic background: Degree in engineering (M.Sc. / B.Sc.) or equivalent Experience in tech product creation and management, including product development (robotics, data, digital), product design, data and software architecture, business model creation, DevOps/MLOps, and general computer science knowledge. Proven track record in data and AI product development and tech team management. Demonstrated experience in innovation, with exposure to the tech ecosystem (customers, operators, universities, governmental agencies, startups). Skilled in identifying and assessing business and technology opportunities, managing ideation and design workshops, and overseeing patent processes. Strong project management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, planning, risk management, change management, and deployment of new products. Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and negotiate trade-offs, with proficiency in agile methodologies. English fluent. Desirable: Experience in computer vision, robotics, digital platform design and management, railways industry, and business development.
