Job Summary:

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for analyzing and supporting hotel performance across various revenue streams. You will analyze data trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily rate strategies to ensure room revenue optimization
  • Ensure distribution of rates and inventory for market segments
  • Daily communication with Reservations and Front Office colleagues regarding inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group/Convention arrivals, rate changes, and sell-out strategies
  • Support different revenue streams with extraction of sales figures to support and analyze initiatives
  • Accurately process and manage Group reservations
  • Daily review and optimization of F&B reservations to ensure full optimization of covers and revenue for F&B outlets
  • Work closely with leaders to achieve budget and forecast expectations

Market Analysis and Development:

  • Survey the market and competitors in terms of performance, pricing, and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions
  • Develop rates, promotions, packages, and other selling strategies
  • Ensure compliance with AccorHotels standards and guarantee best prices
  • Identify business opportunities for need periods and participate in newsletters, banners, e-brochures, or ads to drive incremental revenue
  • Stay current with industry trends
  • Support hotel CSR and sustainability efforts
  • Ensure service standards and individual performance are aligned with Accor Values
  • Participate in developing different tactics, encompassing performance metrics, data standards, processes, policies, tools, training, best-practices, and case studies

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Opera, Central Reservation System, and Global Distribution System is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
  • Previous Front Office Management experience is an asset
  • Food and Beverage and Spa knowledge/background is an asset
