Your role
Are you looking for a role that can reshape the future of finance? We're seeking an Initiative Manager for Digital Assets in APAC.
Drive our Initiative Management in the APAC region, including supporting the setting of strategy, initiative roadmap, governance, and portfolio management.
Collaborate with business divisions to define priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, and ensure successful outcomes.
Engage with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape industry standards.
Support regulatory, compliance, and risk engagements to ensure alignment with regional standards.
Become a subject matter expert across the group, advising and speaking on blockchain, crypto, tokenization, and digital assets.
Your team
You will be working in the Digital Asset Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Singapore, reporting to the Lead of Digital Assets APAC and UBS Tokenize. Join a passionate team of Digital Asset Experts working alongside various divisions and functions to enable UBS to deliver on its Digital Assets priorities.

Your expertise
3+ years' experience in financial services with a strong understanding of financial infrastructure.
Passionate about digital assets and distributed ledger/blockchain technology, with a track record of delivering complex projects/products in the Digital Asset/Fintech space.
Demonstrated project management experience managing portfolios across different functions; excellent communication skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across divisions, regions, and stakeholders.
Good understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape for Digital Assets, especially in the APAC region.
