Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Manage end-to-end operations for HR courses, workshops, corporate training, and certification programs. Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency. Coordinate training schedules, venue arrangements, trainer assignments, and materials preparation. Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all training programs meet internal quality requirements. 2. Administrative Management Oversee daily administrative activities, including office management, documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination. Maintain company records, contracts, training documents, and operational databases. Handle the renewal of relevant licenses, insurance, and compliance-related documents. Improve and streamline administrative workflows. 3. Client & Trainer Support Act as the key point of contact for training participants, corporate clients, and trainers. Manage training inquiries, registration processes, attendance tracking, certificates, and post-training follow-up. Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction through timely communication and efficient issue resolution. Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree 4 - 5 years of experience in administration, operations, or training coordination. Experience in an HR training company, education provider, or professional development industry is highly preferred. Proven ability to manage complex operations and multiple stakeholders. Skills & Competencies Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Solid problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/LMS systems.
