About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Brand Designer who is eager to shape the end-to-end design for FISHER8's portfolio of brands. This is a rare opportunity to define the creative DNA of ventures in a high-growth, high-impact environment.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Brand Designer, you\'ll partner closely with the Head of Brand to build brand systems, while also helping grow and mentor our design team. We expect you to:

  • Paint the story of the product for both today and tomorrow.
  • Push the boundaries of what\'s possible, bringing bold ideas to life.
  • Craft seamless and engaging brand experiences across digital, product, campaigns, and events.
  • Collaborate and align with Brand, Product, and the wider FISHER8 team to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

This isn\'t a role with layers of design management; you\'ll be the go-to design person for the ventures you work on, with space to experiment and own outcomes.

The Hard Skills

  • A portfolio that tells stories—showcasing bold ideas, strategic thinking, and smart execution.
  • 5+ years of design experience as a brand designer, visual designer, art director, or creative hybrid.
  • Mastery of composition, typography, colour, and creative direction.
  • Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Figma, motion graphics, 3D design (Spline, Whoop, etc.) or emerging platforms is a plus.
