Department overview
Nomura's Global Markets department offers clients worldwide liquidity, market insights, and execution services across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities. Job Responsibilities
Manage SPB execution flow daily, including accepting orders, routing them to market, hedging FX, and managing risk.
Drive platform automation and tools including, inventory pricing, swap booking and basket trading tools.
Support Prime technology build from a Delta one perspective by helping build tactical tools and helping advise on strategic aspects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or in related discipline
Minimum of 1 year of software development or programming experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience using Python
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
