Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Mathematics to lead a thriving secondary Maths department (IGCSE and IB Diploma) at a top-tier British international school in Singapore. Responsibilities Lead the Maths department for Grades 6–12 (IGCSE & IB Diploma). Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies, and high-quality teaching. Inspire colleagues and students through innovative teaching and leadership. Contribute to the broader life of the school, including co-curricular and community activities. Candidate Requirements Degree in Mathematics or a closely related field. PGCE (or equivalent) with QTS. Several years of experience teaching secondary Maths across the full age range, including senior levels. Proven ability to improve student outcomes and lead a high-performing academic team. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passion for fostering a love of mathematics and learning. Available to start in August 2026. Dedicated to contributing actively to school life. Package & Benefits Competitive salary starting from S$6,700/month (up to S$7,961 depending on experience). Housing allowance according to family size. 100% tuition fee support for up to 2 dependent children. Annual flights for teacher and contractual dependants. Medical insurance for teacher and dependants. One-month bonus at the start of each school year (from Year 2 onwards). Additional Head of Department allowance based on experience.
