What the role is:
EXECUTIVE ENGINEER / ENGINEER, TRAFFIC ANALYSIS & PROJECTS
What you will be working on:
You will play an active role in the design, review, and implementation of traffic diversion schemes in Singapore. Your traffic analysis will help facilitate the movement of vehicles during road/rail infrastructure development, major events, or when providing priority to buses. You will offer professional advice to consultants, event organisers, other agencies, and LTA divisions on traffic plans and impact studies. You will develop your interpersonal skills through interaction with the community and stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead projects to enhance the travel experience for commuters, motorists, and cyclists, contributing to an improved living environment. We offer a dynamic environment for those with technical and analytical skills who enjoy challenges.
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Traffic/Transportation Engineering, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in traffic/transportation or operational fields; familiarity with highway design is preferred.
- Initiative, good communication, leadership skills, and lateral thinking.
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or traffic microsimulation is an advantage.
