This is a multifaceted role requiring technical expertise in designing, integrating, and deploying energy storage systems.

Technical Business Development Support

  • We collaborate with the Business Development team to evaluate customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop single-line diagrams, electrical system layouts, and preliminary designs to support proposals.
  • Provide technical presentations and documentation to communicate system designs and capabilities to clients.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, technical specifications, and RFP responses.

Project Engineering, Design, and Execution

  • We support electrical design and engineering efforts for energy storage systems, microgrids, and renewable energy deployment projects.
  • Develop detailed engineering documentation, including SLDs (MV and HV), cable schedules, and protection & control schemes.
  • Draft and evaluate technical specifications of power and control equipment.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with civil, mechanical, and structural designs.
  • Oversee technical aspects of project implementation, including grid interconnections, system testing, and commissioning.
  • Provide technical support during procurement and construction phases, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, focusing on energy storage, renewables, and power systems.
  • Strong knowledge of energy storage systems, including battery technologies, PCS/inverters, renewables, and grid control.
  • Experience with project workflows, including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software.
  • Familiarity with interconnection standards and grid compliance requirements.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates will be required to travel to various locations based on business needs.
