Overview
Senior AI ML Consultant, Tech & Industry role at Amazon Web Services (AWS). The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in a business environment; experience of IT platform implementation in a highly technical or analytical role
5+ years experience handling large datasets and strong software development skills with 3+ years experience as a ML practitioner with hands-on implementation of ML systems
Hands-on experience with building, validating and deploying GenAI models
Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Python and one additional language (e.g., Java, C#)
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to lead effectively across organizations in English
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years technical experience preferred, knowledge of AWS AI/ML technology stack and Generative AI trends
Experience serving ML models through real-time APIs and deploying production-grade ML solutions on public cloud platforms
Knowledge of vertical use cases for large language models in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing
AWS experience with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services
AWS Professional or Specialist level certifications (e.g., Machine Learning Specialty)
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
