Your Responsibilities
- Develop designs from concept to construction details, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Interpret sketches, specifications, and CAD/manual drawings.
- Check drawings against planning and building regulations.
- Coordinate submissions for approvals, waivers, and consultations.
- Liaise with consultants on building regulations.
- Assist in site inspections and attend meetings related to regulations.
- Supervise Junior Technical Coordinators as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Potentially serve as Document Controller: manage documentation, maintain standards, organize files, and control document flow.
Qualifications
- 2-7 years relevant experience.
- Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of planning and building codes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative.
- Experience candidates may be considered for Senior role.
