As a Low Code Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using leading low code/no code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps). You'll leverage automation, AI, and integration capabilities to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance user experience.Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, or similar tools. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborating closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes, including AI-driven automation and virtual agent enablement. Integrate applications with external systems (LDAP, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Genesys, Azure AD, SCCM, etc.). Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials. Deliver live demos and proofs of concept for enterprise clients, showcasing solution capabilities. Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to deliver high-quality applications. Experience & Skills Needed Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines. 3+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on low code/no code platforms (ServiceNow preferred; OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, etc. also valued). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SPM) and automation tools (Flow Designer, Orchestration, IntegrationHub, AI Workflows). Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (TDD, Pair Programming, Scrum, CI/CD). Proven experience developing and deploying applications with minimal coding. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, DB2). Experience integrating with APIs and enterprise systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
