Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Cloud and Network Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of our regional cloud and network infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cloud transformation, network operations, and service delivery within a fast-paced, global enterprise environment. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with technical depth — ensuring the resilience, scalability, and security of regional IT infrastructure while driving continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the region’s cloud (Azure/AWS) and network infrastructure , ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. Lead and mentor a team of engineers across multiple sites, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence. Partner with global and regional stakeholders to design, implement, and standardize infrastructure solutions aligned with corporate architecture. Manage regional WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and firewall configurations to ensure secure connectivity across offices and data centers. Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives , ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Oversee vendor relationships, including managed service providers, ISPs, and cloud partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Develop and enforce operational policies, network diagrams, configuration baselines, and change management processes. Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security standards, and regional regulatory requirements. Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation. Lead incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts for regional infrastructure. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a regional management role overseeing cloud and network operations. Proven experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments , including IaaS, PaaS, and network integration. Strong technical expertise in network technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls). Experience managing hybrid environments spanning on-premises data centers and public cloud . Excellent understanding of ITIL practices , incident/change management, and service delivery frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across global teams. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
