Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and build their loyalty through close interactions. Offer our customers a seamless and smooth Omni-Channel Experience through the Decathlon app. Offer workshop services for personalizing my customer's product, or extending its lifespan. Experiential layouts and availability Set up physical experience-based layouts that highlight the range of our products & services. Ensure the physical availability of our products (store and online stock, orders, etc.). Ensure security for me and my customers (store, products and data security).
