Job Description Be familiar with the work in the service group; Be familiar with hosting responsibilities. Seat guests quickly and accurately based on their comfort and satisfaction; Greet, serve and see off guests in accordance with service requirements; Subtly handle complaints from dissatisfied guests and report their information to other departments; Accurately control the timing of seating to collaborate with other departments and waiters/waitresses; Assist other departments in their work; Keep the work area clean and organized; Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
