The Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator cum Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in AutoCAD and experienced in coordinating with main contractors, and internal workers on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate project requirements with main contractors, and internal teams.
  • Plan and schedule work progress to meet project timelines.
  • Supervise and guide workers to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Handle site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and report to management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D preferred).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination/drafting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and site supervision is an advantage.
