Customer Service Representative (Ocean Freight)

This role involves providing exceptional support to the sales team and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and transporters, warehouses, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing documents for imports, exports, and transshipments
  • Verify all costs and ensure accurate documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding rates, shipment tracking, and other related matters
  • Liaise with overseas agents and customers to guarantee smooth shipments

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field is required for this position
