Job Title: Hospitality Service Attendant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Service Attendant . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Assist fellow team members with preparation and setup for food service, including ensuring all amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected prior to service.
  • Assist guests with their requests and provide suggestive selling opportunities, ensuring that they have a complete understanding of all menu options.
  • Handle telephone and email reservation enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; diploma in any field is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
  • Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
