If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out and apply todayResponsibilities Operational Support Manage and support daily operations of the network and server infrastructure across all sites. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Cisco switches, Cisco wireless access points, Windows Servers, and Active Directory. Administer and maintain Microsoft O365 platform, ensuring optimal performance and security. Provide 2nd/3rd level infrastructure support and timely incident resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of the network and system architecture, configurations, and processes. Project Delivery Contribute to infrastructure improvement and transformation projects, including the implementation of Fortinet SD-WAN and SASE technologies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning, execution, and post-implementation review. Assist in cloud adoption initiatives and hybrid environment integration. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and security. Requirements Strong experience with Cisco networking (switching & wireless). Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and O365. Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or others) is an advantage. Knowledge or experience in Fortinet technologies, especially SD-WAN and SASE, is a plus. Salary Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
