The Senior/Executive will assist the Director/Manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of the functional screening programme at Population Health Campus (PHC).
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of the functional screening programme at L1 and L2.
Perform required administrative tasks and support, coordinate and ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the functional screening programme.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care functional screening programmes.
Foster relationships with key internal & external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the success and efficiency of the Functional Screening programme.
Analyze data from the functional screening programme and provide actionable insights to improve seniors’ outcomes.
Provide administrative support for meetings.
Involved in organization activities including participation in the Continuous Improvement Programme.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned/required.
Job Requirements
A recognised degree in any discipline with at least 2 - 3 years of working experience preferred.
Practical knowledge and experience in healthcare, business development, or marketing will be an added advantage.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and good critical thinking skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Background in healthcare, nursing, physiotherapy, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in working within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
