As a Junior Sommelier, you will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for our discerning clientele. This full‐time position will allow you to showcase your passion for wine and your exceptional customer service skills. What you'll be doing Assisting the Bar manager in curating and managing the wine selection for our Bar. Providing expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Maintaining the wine cellar, including inventory management and proper storage conditions. Conducting wine tastings and educational sessions for both staff and customers. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop innovative food and wine pairing menus. Staying up‐to‐date with the latest trends and developments in the wine industry. What we're looking for At least 3 years of experience as a Sommelier or in a similar wine‐focused role within the hospitality industry. A strong passion for wine, with extensive knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and production methods. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and educate guests on wine selection. A sponsorship is considered. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
