Overview
Perform a thorough cleaning of guestrooms, replacing all linen and towels in the room, vacuuming and dusting, replacing supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning. Able to handle heavy objects. Notify the Housekeeping management of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done. Respond to guests' requests and be able to communicate with them. Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities
